1. Returns

a. Eligibility:
You have 30 days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

b. Non-returnable items:
Certain types of goods are exempt from being returned. These include perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom or personalized items, digital goods, and intimate or sanitary goods (such as underwear and swimwear).

c. Proof of Purchase:
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

d. Return Process:
To initiate a return, please contact us at zaymcc123@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for the return. Our customer service team will provide you with instructions on how and where to send your return.

2. Refunds

a. Refund Process:
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. The credit will be applied within a certain number of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.

b. Partial Refunds:
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable):

  • Items with obvious signs of use
  • Any item not in its original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
  • Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery

c. Late or Missing Refunds:
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us at zaymcc123@gmail.com.

3. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, please contact us at zaymcc123@gmail.com and send your item to: 251 Changxing Avenue.Guangzhou.China.

4. Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
